The commission for multifamily and apartment units is the equivalent of one month's rent for offsite managed complexes.

Leasing for onsite management is included in the employee fee. Cherry Hill Real Estate knows that if you are not making money, that we are not making money. We spend a lot of time on marketing all properties that we manage, to get them the best exposure on the market.
